IMPORTANT: By clicking "I Agree," installing, accessing, or using any software, service, or platform provided by MD Software L.L.C-FZ ("MD Software", "Company"), you ("User") enter into a binding legal agreement. These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern all MD Software offerings – software applications (and any related digital keys or HWID-spoofing tools), websites, forums, Discord/Telegram channels and support services (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Services.
By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Clicking "I Agree" (or similar) constitutes your electronic signature – courts routinely uphold such assent as enforceable contracts.<br/>
1 · Acceptance of Terms and Click-wrap Agreement
1.1 Binding Agreement
Creating an account, downloading or using the Software, purchasing a licence key, or otherwise using any Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. Courts uphold click-wrap when terms are reasonably conspicuous and assent unambiguous.
1.2 Electronic Consent
You acknowledge that this Agreement and any notices presented electronically constitute writings signed by you under applicable law (e.g. U.S. E-SIGN Act, EU eIDAS, UAE PDPL). You will not dispute validity solely because the Agreement is electronic.
1.3 Capacity & Authority
You represent that you are ≥ 18 years (or legal majority) and legally capable. If accepting on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind it. You further confirm you are not a citizen, resident, or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction (see § 3.2). Entering this Agreement while ineligible is a material breach.
1.4 Updates to Terms
We may update this TOS to reflect changes in law or our Services. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after they become effective = acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Services.
2 · Definitions

| You / User | The individual or legal entity accepting this TOS. |

3 · Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions
3.1 Legal Eligibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use is legal where you are. By using the Services you warrant that:
- (a) your use is lawful;
- (b) you have not been prohibited by us or by law;
- (c) you will not use the Services for unlawful purposes.
3.2 No Use in Prohibited Jurisdictions (No U.S. Access)
Access from the United States is explicitly disallowed. We geo-block U.S. IP addresses and require certification that users are not in the U.S. Any circumvention (VPN, proxy, etc.) is a material breach and may result in immediate termination without refund.
3.3 Non-Targeting of U.S.
Prices are in EUR; we do not market or offer the Services to U.S. persons. Incidental availability is passive and not intent.
3.4 Export Controls
You warrant that your use does not violate export-control or sanctions laws. You are not on any prohibited list.
3.5 Accuracy of Location Info
We may request proof of location/citizenship; providing false info is a breach.
3.6 Responsibility for Compliance
You alone must understand and obey all laws applicable to your use.
4 · Description of Services & User Obligations
4.1 Nature of Services
MD Software provides software & online services that may modify games in non-official contexts. Licence keys/HWID tools are personal & non-transferable.
4.2 Permitted Use – Offline / Private Servers Only
Software is not authorised for use on official/public multiplayer servers. You must confirm this on every launch via the loader.
4.3 No Unlawful or Abusive Use
Misuse (harassment, fraud, viruses, IP infringement, etc.) is prohibited. We may cooperate with law-enforcement & third parties.
4.4 User Compliance & Due Diligence
You are responsible for reading EULAs/ToS of games; using Software in violation of third-party terms is your risk.
4.5 No Circumvention of Technical Measures
You must not breach anti-circumvention laws (e.g. DMCA §1201).
4.6 Beta Features & Updates
We may release updates/beta features; no obligation to maintain them.
4.7 Equipment & Fees
You are responsible for hardware, internet, and any third-party fees.
4.8 Reporting Issues
Report bugs/vulnerabilities; do not exploit them.
5 · Licence Grant & Intellectual Property
5.1 Licence Grant
Subject to compliance & payment, MD Software grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence.
5.2 IP Ownership
The Services remain MD Software's property.
5.3 No Reverse Engineering or Tampering
Disassembly or bypassing security is forbidden (unless mandatory law permits).
5.4 Feedback
You grant MD Software a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use any feedback.
5.5 Third-Party IP
We are not affiliated with any game publishers.
5.6 DMCA Safe Harbor
We comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512 & EU DSA takedown processes.
