1. Independence of Content Creators and Promoters

MD SOFTWARE L.L.C-FZ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of VantaCheats, acknowledges that various individuals, content creators, influencers, reviewers, and other third parties (collectively, "Creators") may discuss, review, promote, or create content related to our software, products, and services ("Services") on social media platforms, websites, forums, and other public or private channels.

Please be aware of the following:

• No Official Affiliation or Endorsement (Unless Explicitly Stated): Unless we have an explicitly stated, formally documented partnership or sponsorship agreement with a Creator, any opinions, statements, representations, or content produced by such Creators are their own and do not represent the official views, positions, or endorsements of MD SOFTWARE L.L.C-FZ. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of content produced by independent Creators.
• Independent Actors: Creators who discuss or promote our Services without a formal agreement with us do so independently. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of MD SOFTWARE L.L.C-FZ. Their activities, including any promotional codes, giveaways, or claims they might make, are not managed or pre-approved by us unless part of a formal, written agreement.
• User Discretion Advised: We encourage users and potential customers to exercise their own judgment and discretion when viewing content from any Creator. While we appreciate community engagement, the responsibility for verifying claims and understanding our official Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other legal documents rests with the individual user.

2. Use of Our Brand and Trademarks by Creators

Independent Creators are generally permitted to refer to our brand name (VantaCheats) and product names when creating content, provided such use is fair, accurate, and does not misleadingly imply an official endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation where none exists. Any use of our logos or other trademarked assets typically requires prior written permission.

3. Reporting Concerns

If you have concerns about content produced by a Creator that you believe is misleading, inaccurate, or infringes on any rights, please contact us through our official legal contact channels, providing specific details for our review.
