Frequently Asked Questions: Risks & Responsibilities
Last Updated: June 12, 2025
This FAQ addresses common questions about the risks associated with using software from MD SOFTWARE L.L.C-FZ. Please read this carefully in conjunction with our Terms of Service and EULA.
Q1: What does "Educational/Offline Use Only" mean?
A: Our software is designed and intended for use in single-player, offline environments. This allows users to study game mechanics, software interactions, and system performance for educational and technical research purposes without impacting online multiplayer game environments or violating game publishers' Terms of Service for online play.
Q2: Can I get banned from my game for using your software?
A: YES, THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT RISK. Using any third-party software that modifies game behavior or memory, especially in online multiplayer games, can violate the game publisher's Terms of Service (ToS) or End-User License Agreement (EULA). Game publishers employ anti-cheat systems to detect such software. If detected, penalties can range from warnings to temporary suspensions, and often PERMANENT ACCOUNT BANS, including loss of all game progress, purchased items, and virtual currency.
MD SOFTWARE L.L.C-FZ PROVIDES NO GUARANTEE AGAINST DETECTION OR BANS. YOU, THE USER, ASSUME 100% OF THIS RISK.
Q3: Do you guarantee your software is "undetected"?
A: NO. We make NO SUCH GUARANTEE. While we may take steps in development, anti-cheat technologies are constantly evolving and becoming more sophisticated. Any software of this nature can potentially be detected at any time, regardless of its current status or features. Claims of "undetectability" by anyone should be treated with extreme skepticism.
Q4: What happens if my game account gets banned after using your software?
A: MD SOFTWARE L.L.C-FZ is not responsible for any actions taken against your game account by third-party game publishers. As stated in our Terms of Service, you assume all risks associated with using the software. We do not offer refunds, compensation, or account recovery assistance in such events.
Q5: Is it legal to use this software?
A: The legality of using such software depends on the laws of your specific jurisdiction and the terms of service of the games you play. Our software is provided for educational/offline use. Using it in a way that violates local laws or third-party ToS is your responsibility. We prohibit use where illegal. Our services are explicitly not offered to U.S. residents.
Q6: What if the software doesn't work as expected or causes issues with my PC?
A: Our software is provided "AS IS" without any warranties (see Terms of Service). While we aim for stability, we do not guarantee it will be error-free or compatible with all systems. We are not liable for any damage to your hardware, software, or data. Please ensure your system meets any specified requirements.
Q7: Why do you have such strict terms and disclaimers?
A: We believe in transparency. The nature of this type of software carries inherent risks. Our terms are designed to ensure that you, the user, are fully aware of these risks and your responsibilities before you decide to use our services. This protects both you (by informing you) and us (by clearly defining the limits of our liability).
By using our software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these risks and the terms outlined in our legal documentation. ```
