End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and MD Software L.L.C-FZ ("MD Software") for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
1. Grant of License.
MD Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
2. Restrictions.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
- Modify or create derivative works based upon the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
- Rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to any third party.
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
3. Ownership.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is owned by MD Software and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. MD Software retains all rights not expressly granted to you.
4. Termination.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from MD Software if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you must cease all use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty.
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION.
6. Limitation of Liability.
IN NO EVENT WILL MD SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF MD SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Governing Law.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and MD Software relating to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and MD Software with respect to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
